The
Stagecoach Inn Museum, conveniently located just off the #101 freeway
halfway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, is the perfect place
to hold your formal or casual special event. The focal point of the
museum complex is the Monterey-style Victorian inn, which originally
opened for business in 1876. The spacious grounds also feature a
rustic pioneer house, a rancho adobe, a Chumash ap, a fully-equipped
coach house and the 19th-century Timber School. The museum complex
buildings are nestled around the slopes of a Conejo Valley creek
and include gracious lawns studded with live oak tees, colorful seasonal
flower gardens, wooded areas and a delightful arbored rose garden,
all of which provide picture-perfect views.
Whether
you plan a romantic wedding ceremony on the front porch, a casual
party adjacent to the Timber School, a large anniversary reception
on the spacious lawns, or an organization meeting in the Chumash
exhibit hall, a coordinator will work with you and advise you in
making floral, equipment, music, catering and rehearsal arrangements.
